Slow cooked for 10-12 hours then then pulled down into its juices. served in a flowered bap with rich stuffing and the best fresh crackling.

marinated for 24 hours prior to cooking for 5-7 hours. After cooking is coated with rosemary jus and mint sauce, served in a Yorkshire pudding
